We've been ordering from this place for years now and a few weeks ago ago we had guests and we ordered a pizza which arrived burnt. They said it'll take too long to send another one out and next time we order we can call them and they'll sort it out. Called them next time and they denied we ever placed an order although we showed them proof of order FROM THEIR OWN WEBSITE, they had no records of our complaint and kept blaming us for not taking the name of the person we spoke to. The owner spoke extremely rudely and had no account for the fact we are regular customers and have never previously complained. We even went down to the fast food joint and they spoke extremely rudely and completely denied responsibility. Absolute disgusting behavior and customer service. If this how they treat their customers then they've just lost one. Never left a bad review for this place although their chips are disgusting, tastless and always hard. They take ages to send food out. What a shame.
It used to be really great, now they're using inferior ingredients etc ,over pricing when charging for carrier bags. I never order those horrible, horrible thin tasteless French fries. Their kebabs are good though, as are their milkshakes, with good varietyFood: 3/5
I ordered a pizza the Hawaiian to be specific, there was no sign of it coming for half an hour on the Uber eats app so when I called up the owner said it would be at my place in 12 minutes, 45 mins after this I called up again to consistently no answers and decided to just head bed, an extra half hour on top of all this the delivery driver drops off what appears to be no more than a thin tiny over cooked coroner shop style pizza that’s was cold. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
Ordered 2 pizzas online. One pizza arrived cold. Showed the delivery driver the order details. Called them directly and was advised the 2nd pizza on way. 40 mins later showed up cold very bad experience from here. Will not be ordering again.
Can often take a while with the food but can't blame them it really is a busy place but a cheeky Mexican burger with donner and chips every now and then really is my thing.

Always great food, fresh and burning hot. I always choose this takeaway because its fast service and very great customer service. Everytime ive had a problem with the food, they have dealt with it promptly and thats what you want. You want this kind of service and makes me keep on ordering my food from here. You look after your customers and the customers look after you. Thanks for the great service all the time.
Ordered kebab rolls off Just Eat - pickup time was very accurate, so happy with that. Food was good overall. Portion was of a decent size too. I was given mixed reviews about this place, but my experience was pretty positive.
Chips are always under cooked and no salt or vinegar even when you ask very pricey too
