My go to place for a fine dine they can never go wrong. I always get the boneless chicken tights with mash potato or swap sides as my mood flips. It’s filling and yummy as well. Not to forget, lemon and herb sauce is my favourite of all time.
Since going pescatarian due to health reasons, I've really missed eating at nandos! But when I found out theu had a vegan option I was pleasantly surprised. The vegan burger was amazing! The flavours and textures were great. Would highly recommend eating here.
The only Nando’s I would visit again. Absolutely flawless service. The staff were young boys and they were all spot on attentive and hard working. Very helpful, the food was quick, checked on our table. Can’t fault a single thing. In comparison to Lakeside Nando’s where the staff were rude and manager Baulo was disgusting, refusing to give me my food or a refund. I nearly never ate a Nando’s again. Now I will only be eating at this one!
If I could give less ten 1 star I would. In this place they are unprofessional and lazy. When I went to order the girl at the till said might as well order through your phone cause we’ve just turned the till back on then went onto just ignoring me. They took ages bringing the drink glasses over and then ages bringing the food after that. Meals were thrown together in small portions and the chicken was undercooked. Went to order another child’s drink which took the best part of 15minutes in the cue, and they didn’t even bring cutlery. Childrens meals do not fit childrens needs and are just basically a small adults meal. Kid-friendliness: Didn’t offer colouring pads or pencils. Childrens meal don’t fit childrens needs. Staff don’t offer children seats either.
Unfortunately I had a very uncomfortable experience last night at Harlow Nandos, whilst waiting to collect my food there was a young guy also waiting to collect his food and was being glared at by a member of staff, later finding out this was a manager called freddie, the young boy looked at him confused and then the manager proceeded to start shouting ‘what’ at this boy repeatedly in an aggressive manner even though the young guy seemed to just want to leave after this the manager proceeded to shout and be aggressive towards the young man. A very uncomfortable experience and poor customer service, and from a manager too!! disgraceful.
5 of us went here and it was ok but not up to the usually Nandos experience. Waiter was a bit stressed, rice had been sitting around for a while and the atmosphere at harlow is a bit canteen like. Still love Nandos but there are better ones.Food: 4/5
I mean it's about Nandos, right? Great food, nice people. But the place needs some serious deep cleaning. Somehow it put me off seeing grease in some places where it shouldn't be.Food: 5/5
this restaurant was very clean and staff was friendly and attentive. we wasn't a fan of the food though, pretty small piece of chicken and the lemon and herb sauce was alright but a little bland, the chicken was a bit dry too. the mash potatoes seemed to have been just reheated because it was very dry on the top, also pretty bland.Food: 1/5
Food is great like any Nandos however more recently the wait time has become longer and longer and the service quality has decreased in recent monthsFood: 5/5
The food was really nice. I always order sunset burger and peri salted chips and this was actually the best I had out of all the Nando's I’ve got it from so far. The staff are really nice as well. Not that I have experienced unfriendly staff before in any Nando’s; but this team were really nice, pleasant and sweet. They will look after you with a smile. I have to give 3 stars due to the cleanliness. The floor where I sat was so dirty with food and crumbs under the table. The bench seat had crumbs all over it to, which made me uncomfortable. The baby changing room had water or urine all over the floor; and it stank so bad. I was so uncomfortable changing my baby in there, but I had no choice but to. I refused to use the toilets based on the baby changing room looking how it was. When it comes to eating in a restaurant, the environment should be clean. You should have to sit on a dirty chair with food on it and food under your feet. Staff and food great but cleanliness was not there. The restaurant wasn’t busy as well so it could of been cleaned up.
