Asked the guy over ten times for extra sauce with my order. Kept saying yeah no problem you'll get plenty of extra sauce. Delivery took over an hour and 15 minutes even though they say 50 which is already quite a long time for a fast food place. When the food finally arrived, it was barely lukewarm and the sauce was nowhere to be seen!! Called them to express my reservations regarding what I asked for and what I actually received. There was absolutely no concern from them when I explained they spoiled my dining experience. Kept saying that I should have asked for extra sauce if I wanted it and would have had to pay extra!! The same extra sauce which I asked for repeatedly when making my order!! Bottom line: be nice to the customer on the phone until they hand over the card details and pay for the food. Once caspian have your money, the customer becomes an afterthought and will get their food whenever and however caspian decide to. Avoid at all costs!!!
Ordered a take away for the first time. The food wasn't great, it was average. The portions was reasonably sized. I wanted to order the lamb chops but they had ran out
Wrong food delivered so called up and when the next lot was delivered it was wrong again! It took another 40 minutes for the missing item to come. We had meanwhile opened the rest which stone cold, not even luke warm when it was delivered. Won't be ordering again.
had been buying from caspians for years now. got a mixed kabab yesterday and it was completly unedable caped in greese. chips wear also disgusting. wish i didnt try to eat it as now of work with stomach problems. never gonna order from them again.
Seats are filthy but the rest looks clean, I normally go Kebabery but am giving this place a try out. Will use again as was tasty, they stay open very late at the weekend for the drunks from the nite club.
I thoroughly enjoyed my food, really surprised after reading all of the other reviews. Very helpful staff and reasonably price. Looking forward to returning
Ordered via just eat. The food was burnt and over cooked. So had to result in throwing the food in the bin and ordering else where. I left a review on just eat and they had the cheek to be completely rude to a customer! Avoid at all costs!
I love how the review is so low but my parents will literally not accept any other pizza then the one from here XD or the one my mom cooks...
Absolutely vile!!!do not order the food was dry and revolting we couldn’t even eat it. Went straight in the bin! £17.10 wasted
Very nice main chef. Prices a little bit higher than expect but overall very nice experience
