Overall a pleasant experience. I must say the girl serving at the time ,she has blonde hair, on the 24th of Feb last week sorry didn't catch her name, it was around the early evening time,was absolutely great. Probably one of the best workers there compared to the rest. I had to go for the veggie option as the chicken was not halal. Bottomless drinks are quite expensive at £3.50. still it was enjoyable.
Food was really nice as you'd expect from a nandos, had pretty fast service and a wide selection of spice levels and sauces, bottomless drinks, if you're going to nandos you usually know what you're getting in forFood: 5/5
The food was lovely, as always. The service left a little to be desired though. One waitress started clearing the table while my husband was still eating. She even tried to take his napkin that he hadn't used yet. After tasting our children's desserts, we decided we also wanted a cheesecake. When it didn't arrive we asked a waitress and she asked for proof that I had paid for it. As I chose not to take a receipt I had to open my bank app and show her I had paid for it before she brought the dessert. Our delicious gooey caramel cheesecake had a rather more bitter taste after being made to feel like a liar and a thief.

We usually go to nandos at least twice a month, went today and not sure if they have changed kitchen staff but chicken was really dry, portion size was tiny aswell, asked for some sauce which I get every time and waitress said they can’t do it? This sauce comes on a burger so not sure why. The girl that I spoke to at the till was really nice and very apologetic. It’s just annoying when we regularly go, not sure we will anymore :

Shocking quality, I’ve had nice food before but beware ordering online- even if you order from their website they process it through Deliveroo which if there is an issue good luck getting any resolution. Food was wet and slimey on the chicken and awful texture - the corn on the cob was burnt to a crisp and dry. They wouldn’t offer anything other than a refund on the corn and when I called the branch they simply told me there’s nothing they can do and they said - quote - “yeah Deliveroo don’t care and we can’t do anything” - I can’t get into branch for health issues and if I were in there they’d give you a refund or at least another item but no nothing. Don’t order online.
Popped for a cheeky Nandos on a Saturday evening, quickly seated and told we had to order with a cashier not on the app, when going up to place order plenty orders coming in from tables off the app - no explanation as to why we were not allowed. Food ok, last 2 visits to Nandos have been a bit disappointing in different ways. No refillable drinks, charged £1.35 per can of Coke zero. Parking: Parking charged, no discount for visiting
Usually go to Nandos Dudley but popped in here whilst I was in Walsall. The service was shocking. They gave me the wrong order and when I raised this the waitress said she would need to speak to a manager. I was then told to go to the till to change it. After waiting 10 minutes I decided just to stick with the original food which had been sat under the light. Food was cold and chicken very dry. Terrible service, would not return here. I complained to Nandos online and they gave me a voucher which I will use back at my local Dudley Nandos.
First time visiting this nandos, and tbh it wasn't great. The seats/tables were all dirty we even swapped tables and it was the same. The food portions were smaller, seemed to be smaller than other nandos I've been to, not sure why they have cut back on portions. The staff were great and kind though, just the environment and food didn't hit the spot for me or my family.
