My wife and i bought chicken fried rice,spare ribs,pork noodles,chicken balls,three bags of chips and pork fried rice. When we had our order,the chips and spare ribs were cold. My wife rang to complain. He had the audacity to say come collect it. He argued with us saying we were lying. Eventually he agreed to replace the spare ribs on the condition we never come back. Their customer service is shocking and i would never recommend their business again to anyone.
Eat well...more like don't eat at all. Initially told that the wait for delivery would be 1 hour. This was fine. After 1.5 hours, nothing was delivered, so called bavk and was told it would be another 45mins, as they have different priorities so i could just cancel if i wanted. Possibly the worst customer aerbice i have ever experienced. I will nevet go back.
One of the worst take away service ever, ordered food, waited 2hrs plus for food, went to collect it, waited another 30mins. No apology, no free food. They should not be able to advertise on "Just Eat". THIS IS NOT A TAKEAWAY SERVICE. Ruined our evening. Will definitely not be going back there again....
After waiting for over an hour half for the food I order, I called up after an extra 15 minuets from the estimated time for them to say that they still hadn't cooked it yet! no call to say it was going to be late and not really any kind of apology just them saying that they are busy. Terrible.
Ordered beef in black bean sauce, and prawn toast!, it was absolutely shocking, I would of eaten a tin of dog food over that grool, prawn toast was hard as brick!, and the beef in black bean sauce can only be described as gloopy gravy and foul beef!!!!!, I would like to thank the lady who handled my call today A 5 Thumbs down for how she handled the issue and how bad her attitude was, my advice if your looking for food better than there I would nip round the corner to Morrison’s and get a micro meal, at least you know what your getting then
Appalling customer service at this place. Tried to place phone order to collect. Engaged for 15 minutes. Then rang out for 5 minutes and not answered. Rang again and was answered and when I complained at how difficult it was to get through the girl hung up on me. They clearly don't want customers!
Shocking service. Didn't even deliver after 1.5hrs so they made me collect in the rain. No free food for apology. Dont order here.
Disgusting.. If they carnt wash their nets simple task how do you think food is cooked... Ordered twice.. Diffrent things! and both orders tasted awful :
Monday takeaway. Cancelled order after waiting 1 hr 40 mins. Be honest and realistic with your delivery times.
That is the second time waited over the delivery time for food and all you get when you ring is driver is leaving in 5 minutes do willnt be having food from there again
