One of the worst restaurants service I’ve experienced. We ordered with the QR code as instructed, and our dessert was given to us before the mains. Our food was sat on the side under the “heat” lamps for quite some time whilst they prioritised the delivery drivers. By the time the food came it was cold and soggy. Also the great imitator wrap was nothing like the times I have had it previously at other Nando’s restaurants. Instead of the strips of imitation chicken, it was some weird tasteless sausage that I’ve never seen before. Terrible experience. Would recommend going to any other Nando’s.k
Very friendly staff, food was great but was in there at 9pm and ordered the bottomless ice cream but had to eat it with a fork as no spoons. Member of staff said it was where they all in the dish wash. Was a bit of a little thing that could of been sorted easy. Not a total let down but left a bit of a negative feel.

It's probably the most poorly run out of all the nandos I've been to. Extremely slow service, often mistakes with orders, chips are often cold. They often don't understand fairly simple things and have to be explained numerous times. Often they to call a manager over for simple stuff. One member of staff is 1 thing but this is most times I'd say there is an issue. So I won't eat here anymore because it's quite stressful and nandos is supposed to be chill. This isn't.
Save yourself the hassle So ordered delivery so many times, today it just didn’t show up - I expect a normal CS response - apologies let me get that sorted BUT how wrong was I ! Nando’s restaurant managers response -it’s my problem fill in a form on deliveroo. Yep so not what I expected to be honest. If you pay for Nando’s and Nando’s fail to deliver it’s up to the customer to go through a lengthy process with deliveroo. Nando’s do NOTHING! manager made it very clear they will do nothing and don’t consider it there issue so your on your own. You don’t get a refund or your food and you get Shouted at / ranted at for calling Nando’s expecting them to sort out your missing Nando’s…. Obviously why would you call the restaurant you order from?!?! . Manager also advised I can pay to order again so pay twice and should hope the driver turns up this time. Yep winning customer service so place an order and “HOPE” it turns up… whilst losing your money on the one that the driver is up the road tucking into
Yet again another failed takeaway order from this Nandos. A year after leaving this 1 star review we’ve had another yet another terrible takeaway from this branch,not one sauce being put in which ruined the whole meal as my burger was dry and barely marinated usually get given lots with Harlow branch tiny portion sizes for our sides compared to other nandos and beanie pitta not cooked properly. When I phoned to complain there was little to no help at all and was just met with “we’ll take these points on board and make sure it won’t happen again” laughable as I will never order from here again. I just couldn’t be bothered to complain anymore as it seemed like it would just waste my time rather than get something resolved!
I just received my Nando’s order, and I already could tell that the delivery was wrong, the chips are cold and not Peri, what I ordered, with my chicken it’s bone dry with no sauce on the chicken or in the bag, Absolutely disgusting, It really isn’t that difficult, looking at an order and getting it correct, I work in hospitality myself and I would be mortified if I gave my order to a customer, thinking it was a suitable for them! Is overall just embarrassing.
I ordered my Nando’s on Deliveroo and didn’t get any sauce or peri salt with my food which made my food really plain and unenjoyable. This was exactly the same as last week when I never got any too. I tried calling up a number of times but the two managers rudely put the phone down on me when I called to complain. I will definitely not be coming back here again.
Nice place, very cosy. Especially in the summer when the sun is going down, it shines in to the restaurant. Nice!Food: 5/5
The covid situation spoilt my nandos experience in the beginning. Having to wait a while . Parking space was a issue. But when I got seated it was great . Didnt have to move a muscle the staff were so helpful and the eat out discount made up for any issues I had.
