I had a really positive experience. Staff were polite and attentive, on top of the drink refills and the chicken was unmistakably nandos. Paying in advance for the main meal meant it wasn't really possible to tip the staff I didn't know the service was going to be good so I hope they figure out a way to do this better in the future!
Friendly service, accommodating and lovely staff and delicious well cooked food. Can't fault Nando's on this occasion. This particular restaurant wasn't too busy on a mid week evening and there was plenty of seating. I'd highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely visit again
Download the app for track and trace. Order through the app, pay through the app. Sachets instead of bottles on tables. Tables far apart. Staff friendly and helpful. This was the first place we'd eaten out since lockdown and it gave us confidence and we had a lovely time.
Staff are excellent. All hygene measures inplace. Everyone was polite, helpful and attentive. I wouldrecommend.
Easy to access by scan queue system. Order by QR scan at the table. Service was excellent and the meal delicious. What more do you want?
During this 2nd lockdown, they do collection and they allow you to wait inside by their tables with all the sanitation you may need around. At least you don't freeze outside, well done Nandos
