The most disgusting food and customer service from UK probably. Do not order from them, so miserable.
Busy and a bit chaotic, previous visit ordered a bucket but when i got home realised we were two pieces of chicken short ! Otherwise ok place for a quick bite
Favorite takeaway. Good location, although parking can be tricky. The service is usually pretty good but can also be rubbish sometimes. If you go late at night on a weekend, they will likely have run out of a lot of things.
Such a bad service. They always miss something from the order to give. Packing staff should understand the basic that for take away order they must give spoon/fork for the side dishes which can't be eaten without that. Nobody is gonna come back and stand in a queue asking for the spoon.
Usually I got take away from this branch. But went in today. Manager and his staff are rude. No thank you, no smile, stern looking when asked about the missing item, got the dirty look and no apologies for their mistake. Bad customer service! Won't be back any time soon.
Good speed of service, however very disappointed they don't do the relatively new Vegan Burger
This place is great! Good prices, large dishes and the staff members are constantly friendly.
Absolute joke. They messed up our order after keeping us waiting 50 mins, and a large order came with 4 chips!!! Never answered the phone so we could sort it out. Disgusted
