Fabulous food & service today! Some of the best I've ever had at Nando's. Food was out within minutes and super fresh as well. The manager who brought us our food was extremely attentive and very friendly as were all staff.
Usual Nando’s food nice clean restaurant plenty of parking , we ordered separately and asked if the food would come at the same time , which it didn’t one person on our table finished his before we got our food, so order as one and split the bill on you banking app is probably best
Spent nearly £50 and Waited 41 minutes for the food to arrive. - extremely poor experience.nnThe water was cloudy and was not appealing & looked unsafe and not clean enough to drink it wasnt drank staff were not concerned when this was brought to their attention. - see picture for referencennWe waited a long time for food to arrive this was actually understandable because it was really busy - however when you wait the best part of an hour to eat a meal you expect it to meet standards. The chips weren't cooked properly and had virtually no peri-peri salt added to it. The chips were left and not ate. - see picture for reference.nnThis is an issue with this branch alone as every other nandos I've been too has standards which are adhered too.
Came here tonight and honestly best service and food ive recieved. Special shout out to keira, who went above & beyond for us and shes an absolute asset to the place, thankyou so much for making us feel so welcome & always coming by and checking on us keira and fab food.
Dear Nando's Team,nnI am writing to express my disappointment with the service and food quality at your Nando's Hamilton outlet on 16th January 2025.nnI ordered a Spicy Rice Bowl with chicken breast, but the chicken was missing from the dish. When I approached the staff about this, they appeared distracted and uninterested, more focused on chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. Eventually, I received the missing chicken, but it was uncooked and unsafe to eat.nnAdditionally, the 1/4 Chicken x3 that I ordered was of very poor quality, further compounding my dissatisfaction.nnThis experience not only ruined my meal but also left me feeling that my time and money were wasted. I have always enjoyed dining at Nando's, but this visit fell far below the standard I expect from your brand.nnI hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues to ensure better service and food quality in the future.
