This was a nice experience. The boneless platter was delicious and came out quickly. I liked that they have bottomless fizzy drinks and the large selection of condiments. The spicy rice was also very good. The vibe was nice here and it seemed to be a relaxed atmosphere. The only criticism is that the online ordering system seemed to take a while to actually allow us to pay for the meal. Overall, I’d recommend this place.
Nando’s staff are extremely courteous every where. They could be checking up on you every minute and making sure you are enjoying your meal. I don’t know how they manage to instill this value on all their staff but it is a very good thing to be customer friendly.
The food as always was good but I'm disappointed with the cleanliness. The tables, chairs, cutlery, plates were not clean. I had to run it under hot tap water and wipe the stains off with napkins. I've wiped down the table with a white tissue to find that the tissue was brown from grease. On several occasions, the glass was stained with lips prints on them. The staff seems uplifted and bubbly but too often they spend time chatting to one another, laughing and making jokes, instead of keeping the place clean. Poor management in my opinion.
My son had a table booked at another restaurant for his birthday but due to a water problem the booking was cancelled at the last minute. I phoned Nandos in Aylesbury and the manager set up a table for 12 within 15 minutes. Thank you so much - without going out of your way we would have had pizza at home. Great food, great service - food arrived together within 20 minutes. Thank you Nandos Aylesbury.
Nice nando. Nice layout. Great location. Plenty of car parking spaces. I have included the parking charges. You can pay via Ringo app also. Staff are great . Clean and professional throughout.
Appalling. Ordered via Delliveroo. Only got the chicken side of the order. No sides. Told by restaurant I had to ring Deliveroo. Deliveroo offered refund of missing items as "compensation." Ridiculous. Anyway regarding restaurant. Chicken tough like it's been sitting there hours. So not even edible. So paid £74 for dry, tough chicken. Shame as love a Nandos and never had issues before. Not only did the food fail in expectations but the transaction between restaurant and driver failed. Sadly a failed family get together food wise.
Food was not bad, however was coldish expecially the chips. This place wasn't busy at all. 1:30pm Saturday. Kids enjoyed their food, however personally, I won't be visiting again. There is much better places to eat.
Our favourite place to spend a wonderful evening. The Nandos in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire has such good ambience. And there is no comparison to the Chicken you get at Nandos. We tried the Grilled Pineapple for the first time and it was good.
Walked in and got a table straight away. Not too busy so served very quickly. The food was absolutely delicious. First time I've ever had to split a chicken burger in to sections to eat!!
Had the vegan plant wrap, and was superb! The whole mean was cooked fresh which was lovely. Was very tasty!! Staff were friendly too!
