I have been at this practice for a couple of years now and although my doctor is lovely * Dr Patteson I have been misdiagnosed my mental health is due to an underlying physical illness . This has torn my family apart as my children are believing what the doctors are saying , hence they do not listen to me when I describe a symptom . They are supposed to be my carers . I'm leaving nailsea soon as I have nothing left here. I hope I get better treatment where I'm going
Very good staff and professional and knowledgable GPs. Big parking so easy to access. Mostly all the appointments run on time, everyday emergency appointments available.
