Unbelievable lack of care from this doctor with my mum. He's allowed her to suffer for more than two months, becoming unrecognisably weak and frail. He prescribed an overdose of medicine and refused to refer her to a specialist - citing COVID as an excuse - when communications make it clear referrals are open. He is a lazy, incapable liar. We are left not knowing what to do now. I've never known NHS service like this. I can not understand why he wouldn't help a patient who is suffering.
