I recently completed my Invisalign treatment at Nailsea Dental Practice with Karine Haas, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Karine was incredibly professional, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process. The practice itself is welcoming and efficient, making every visit a positive experience. Since first going to Nailsea Dental Practise last year, have had nothing but excellent care. This is thanks to Maggie. I needed a significant amount of treatment and she was transparent from start to finish. Made me feel really at ease with the process we would go down and now after she has made my teeth a lot stronger and healthier.
I am petrified of attending the dentist, so much so I'd put off going for years which consequently led to me needing a bit of work... I was put at ease, no pain at all amd everything was at my pace. I feel so relieved that I can now regularly go to a dentist and feel safe. Highly recommend, especially if you're a nervous patient!
Karin is an experienced dentist who is kind and listens well. She was empathetic when I decided to change my plan halfway through treatment. A perfectionist with her work. The reception staff were lovely too, telephone always answered. Appointments on time, car parking right outside the door, and prices competitive. Overall a very positive experience. I would be happy to recommend.
Nailsea dental practice , I found to be very well looked after, staff all friendly maggie and Megan were lovely , and all other staff such a friendly team . After breaking a tooth and being told I was no longer registered with my previous dentist I made contact with the Nailsea Dental Practice. Reception was very understanding and managed to get me booked in very quickly and efficiently. I needed a course of treatment with Maggie Nichols. All was carefully explained and a series of appointments to suit me were booked in and a schedule of costs provided, no unexpected cost shock here ! Treatment proceeded as anticipated and pretty much on time. Perhaps most important was how at ease Maggie and her assistant made me feel and how relatively comfortable I felt during the treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone new to the area or looking to change.
Wonderful dentists, brilliant with new and nervous patients me! - receptionist was super lovely as were my dentists and they put my nerves to rest, thank you so so much for your kindness and efficiency - if you're a nervous/anxious person when it comes to the dentists come to this one they will put you at ease!
I travel 2.5 hours to see my dentist and I do that because she is very good!! Great care at this practice and very friendly.
I don’t think that going to the dentist is high on anyone’s list of things they want to do. But it helps to find a dental practice where the people are so friendly, knowledgable, professional and competent. The practice is clean and light, as well as having up to date equipment and technology. The reception staff are pleasant and efficient. The hygienists have given me great advice and support about dental self care in a clear and non-patronising way. My dentist is the most sympathetic and professionally competent dentist I have had over many years and different practices. Overall, the practice inspires trust in me that I will continue to receive a high quality service from people who know what they are doing and do it really well.
I have been coming to Nailsea Dental Practice with my family for a few years now. They are such a professional and friendly team and so amazing with the kids. My son required some additional dental treatment after a fall and the standard of care and follow up from Dr Karine Haas was exceptional. I would really recommend this practice to anyone moving to the area or looking to move dentists. You will feel really well looked after by Dr Haas and her team.
