Room for improvement. I got my nails done here twice. The first time was perfect, second not so perfect. The young men who did my nails the second time need to work on shaping nails and work on customer services. Whiles he was shaping my nails his phone rang and he stop in between my services, take his phone out of his pocket and had a conversation with someone just over a minute. I found that rather rude. Other then this incident it was OK.

Will never go here again. Whenever you go in here and ask how long you will have to wait they say ‘not long’ which is always at least 30 minutes. Today I visited because one of my nails broke off which I only had done four days ago and I was told ‘you will have to wait a long time’. It was half twelve and I was told I had to wait until 4 o’clock! There was no one sat on the sofas waiting. When I originally got my nails done the man on the front desk and the woman who was doing my nails starting having a massive argument which caused her to be really rough with my nails and she left a small cut on one of my fingers with the electric drill. She was really rude and snapped ‘relax your hand’ at me which was obviously difficult to do given how rough she was being filing my nails. She eventually said sorry so I just left without saying anything. Today when I explained this to them they refused to accept any responsibility for poorly done nails and basically didn’t want to have to spend their time fixing something which was entirely their fault my finger nail was still perfectly intact it was just half of the acrylic that snapped off. I will never go to nail envi again. They are incredibly rude and customer service is just non existent. I popped down to superior nails who very luckily had the exact same colour. They took their time to fix the nail carefully and were really friendly and welcoming. I know where I’m going in future!!!

They used to be good but I’ve gone recently each time I’ve gone there has been a problem with my nails. The first time I went I asked for a coffin shape and she made the tips of the nails very sharp I went back the next day I waited over a hour for her to change the shape of my nails I walked out with the nails on my little fingers two different lengths. I went back for infills 10 days later I have never had nails grow out that quickly they charged me for shellac without asking if I wanted it when I left my nails were burning and painful the next day I found nail vanish already chipped off and it looks like there is dirt on the nail underneath there is also a cut on two of my fingers. Staff are rude and get angry very quickly if you question them or make a comment about what they are doing. I will be finding an alternative nail shop from now on

Had nails done twice first time great. Second time needed a repairs on one as loose and after 3 weeks of wear there was an infection on one nail making it green/ black. I won't go again

I was put off by trying Nail Envy by previous reviews . But decided to give them a go as I was disappointed with my original nail bar ..  Yes , shop is a bit worn and the tables are well used ,  but it's clean and has a freindly atmosphere. Lovely welcome into the shop , offered tea or coffee .  I'm so happy with my nails , lovely gentle nail technician , took time with my nails, trimmed cuticles . I would defiantly recommend Nail Envy .

My first and last time! Went in for infills, they made me wait an hour after asking the man 3 times how long, he always replies with not long not long. He asked the woman behind me if she would like a drink when I'm just sat there with my child. He forced me to choose a colour which I wasn't sure i just needed 5 mins. He was really rude to me and shouted at me. After an hour the lady came, I chose a design from the internet and she gave me the complete opposite a cheap looking style I asked for shellac and she gave me something that's chipping off the next day! After all this with very bad service the man decided to charge me £29!!!! Shocking!!! Very very bad service please please ladies avoid this place at any cost! They will give u cheap service and scam your money! Very unhygienic and untidy place too.

Should really be no stars .... do not recommend one bit!!! I was disgusted with the experience I was given, all of my nails where different shapes and sizes the nail polish was all over my fingers so I said ‘would u be able to fix them or maybe soak them off or give me a refund “ the response they gave me was extremely out of order and very unprofessional so they then cut all my nails very short and threw the money in my face. I am disgusted
