The massage was great as was the atmosphere but I'm greatly disappointed because I was late for the facial I was told I was a no show. I'm new to Banbury and couldn't find the place, she wouldn't even reschedule me, her attitude came across as to bad!! The voucher was a Christmas gift from my daughter so it became a very expensive 30-minute massage. I won't be going back.
