Called to book at time about an hour and a half before. Got booked in as soon as we stopped off. Waited in the car and we were done in about 50mins. Parked out front, my girlfriend still rates the work done highly two weeks on. I still appreciate it too.
Shoddy work, would have given 1 star but I’ve given 2 as at least she reluctantly attempted to fix it after I pointed out that half of 2 of my toes were left unpainted. She tried to say it was purposeful to ‘balance the size of my toes nails’ but 1 of these 2 toes was painted just on the edge, which doesn’t make sense to the excuse she had given… It was just a messy job.
Always exactly what I ask for, very friendly and professional. Bit pricey but worth it!!

Avoid at all costs. My daughter had a very upsetting experience. She had acrylics applied to a damaged toenail and her toenails painted. They were poorly applied and badly painted. She is not someone who would usually complain due to anxiety, however they were so bad she plucked up the courage to tell the woman she was unhappy. The response from the technician was awful. In a salon full of clients she was shouted and sworn at. The woman was extremely aggressive and caused a terrible scene. My daughter was absolutely mortified and will never return. This is not the way to run a business!!!!
This is the third time I’ve been here always thought they were a bit abrupt but did a fairly good job, however I went this evening and was four minutes late for an appointment and was met by an aggressive and awful toned female member of the staff raising her voice at me in an appalling manor and sending me away stating she can not see me. This left me feeling totally embarrassed in front of other clients within in the salon. This is not the first time this female has conducted business in such a way which in my eyes is extremely disappointing and an unacceptable way to run a business. After spending £150 on treatments in the last 4 weeks I endeavour to never ever return and take my business elsewhere to people who deserve it! Shocking upsetting and totally unnecessary behaviour in such a public place so please think carefully before choosing this nail bar.... !!!!!!!
Must be over 15 years I have enjoyed their expertise! Highly recommend perfect caring friendly - one could not ask for more. Their skills are extraordinary also
