Very disappointed to have attended for a hair styling appointment for a wedding I was attending. The member of staff was totally unskilled with doing hair up or down. Eventually she decided to do Hollywood waves, but actually the outcome was messy beach hair. No apology from the staff member, charged £25, just for me to go home and start over. I was most disappointed by the lack of honesty by the member of staff who clearly did not have the experience to style hair. I was upset at the time but there was no real offer of rectifying the hair, she actually said that's just how your hair reacts. Disappointed and would not recommend this hairdresser at all.

Honestly, the best salon experience I've ever had. Being autistic I often struggle with getting my hair cut as it is way out of my comfort zone but Gemma was so friendly from start to finish, she talked me through everything which made me completely relax and I completely trusted her with the process. I'm so happy with how my hair turned out, exactly what I wanted! I'll definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

Met Gemma for the first time, showed her a photo of the style I wanted, she absolutely nailed it and very happy indeed with the cut! And feeling a tad glamorous as well with my new 'do'!! Looking forwards to my next feeling pampered session!

I had my hair cut by a ‘top systlist’ and paid £70 for a trim and a wash and blow dry. I asked for my hair to be cut straight and it’s the worst cut I have ever had.  I went back and spoke to Abbey the manger she was shocked to see my hair and she even said it was absolutely awful.  I have to now find another hairdresser who is able to cut my hair straight.  I am so disappointed and upset as I had my hair cut for my holiday. .
