Only a quick visit for coffee and teacake, as had a big breakfast. Food looks and smells really great. What a fantastic pub, the collection on display is worth seeing. Owners are all really relaxed, efficient, and the place is highly recommended. Looking forward to returning for a meal! Thanks all.

Popped in for some lunch, warm welcome, great food. This place has been doing fantastic meat/game dishes for many years,we don't get here that often but it never disappoints.

Super, very attentive staff, well set up for social distancing /track and trace. Superb starter, main courses and as for the desserts sheer bliss. Busy as so popular but well worth the 20 mole travel. Will be eating there again covid permitting.

Excellent helpful efficient and charming waitress and owner. Lovely experience. We'll  be back!

Fabulous good, in a quaint oldy world type pub with very friendly hosts.

Fabulous, friendly staff, excellent service, superb food and a full menu despite urgent situation. ‘Half a Duck’ was delicious and highly recommended after a long walk in this beautiful country.

Fantastic pub, excellent staff, beautiful food, very nice welcoming venue. One of the best.
