A lot of these reviews are written by curry lovers. My review is a little different. I don’t like spice, I can’t stand onion, and I am physically repulsed by garlic. It’s safe to say I have never set foot in a restaurant where the menu is basically these overpowering ingredients mixed together in different ways and served with a naan. But I was so wrong. The entire Naga menu is incredible. My advice to anyone like me is to try the Chicken Pakora for starters (chicken strips in a light and delicious batter), and ask for the Honey Minty Chicken for mains (a deep and balanced flavour with a fresh and palatable after taste). But try to taste everything that the people on your table order, even things you may think would be out of your comfort zone - trust me, with my limited palette I’m the last person on Earth that should be enjoying this food, but I can not recommend it more highly. The staff members are also worth mentioning as part of the reason I thoroughly recommend the Naga. They are never rushed and they are basically comedians moonlighting as waiters. If you want to be left alone, they’ll leave you alone. If you chat back and join in, they’ll make your night funny. There’s also an early bird menu with a great discount if you can arrive before 7PM. But don’t worry if you can’t. The prices are very fair and the portion size is very filling.
