Just like everything else in NI, window dressing only. Health services, Social services! The whole lot is just a front to make it look like someone cares, they don't though, do they? FRAUDS!

NI Chest Heart and Stroke are a fantastic organisation that do a lot of good within Belfast and beyond. The staff team are enthusiastic, friendly and passionate about their work. They put their all into campaigns and really believe int he value of their services, helping people across Northern Ireland. Keep up the great workl guys!

Because I work here and it is an amazing charity supporting local people and all those affected by chest, heart and stroke conditions. They do amazing work saving lives and supporting people.
