I have a claim made and then spoke to another person from the same team a week later and they asked me did i want to raise a claim and get car picked up. It was picked up a week earlier. Also spoke to valuations and was informed what i was getting and car was scrapped and case closed.
3 weeks later get a letter asking for info that they already have as i had to send it to them to get the card valued. Seems different dept don't talk and pass info never deal with them again

Within the last 7 weeks I buried my Mother had a stint put in and was diagnosed with Acute Prostatitis . I phoned Allianze for help to workout my payments as I'm a self-employed taxi driver. What a joke they are there was no compassion whatsoever just an insistence of payment. I have had to cancel my insurance loosing a years no claims bonus and I had only 2 payments left with 2 months free until my renewal. WHAT A COMPANY and WHAT A BUNCH OF WASTERS

I like the ease of getting a quote and amending policy details through their online portal. Prices are competitive (although I think that insurance prices in general are far too high). Staff are generally friendly, but more needs to be done by Allianz to show appreciation to customers. We are paying large amounts of money each year. I understand that dealing with the public can be difficult, but we should never be left feeling like you are doing us a favour. Imagine going to a tailor for a £500 suit—the tailor is going to make that customer feel important. Same should apply here.

Rang today to get a quote for car insurance. Refused to give me a quote because I've been involved in accidents and told me no other insurance companies would take me on. Lies lies lies. I got insurance else where. No problem, also got quotes else where with out a problem. So what is the problem with your company. I think just can't be bothered.

what a waste of time this company is my partner has been insured with allianz from he started driven and tryed to switch his insurance over to a new vehicle and they were looking 1500 pound off him when everybody else was qouting 700 no reward for loyalty if i could give zero stars i would
