The park is huge and kept very clean. Lovely gardens to walk around. I will say, there isn't much for the little ones. Could do with investing into more equipment for all ages ranges
Myrtle Park is a great place to bring dog. Down by the river is quiet and he loves to swim after the ball. There’s a playground and tea room at the top end. Fun place to bring kids.
A nice place for the whole family, a little modest playground, an area like a park with something for everyone, a quiet spaxer, golf, cricket, and marching up the stairs. Playground: Playground for older children, a bit modest Restrooms: there are toilets Dog-friendliness: The area is very dog friendly, I am pleasantly surprised by the responsibility of dog owners, cleaning up after dogs as well as calm dogs, other dogs and puppies on a leash Picnic area: A dream place for a picnic, meadows mowed, the gazebo is also beautiful, benches hidden by the water and more
This one of our favorite places for a dog walk. You can park close by and take advantage of the lower fields by the river to get some exercise with the pooch. There's a playground for the kids. There's a little cafe and a bowling green, and a formal garden. So something for everyone, and plenty of little spots to discover. Playground: A skate park for scooters and skateboarders, and a play ground for the younger kids. There's even a smaller play ground for the even younger if you walk past and through the bowling green and cafe. Dog-friendliness: Plenty of other dog-walkers use this park - so always the chance for your dog to meet others and make pals!
Good sized park to walk around. Bowling green. Cafe toilets for customer use only 2 play areas, one for big kids, the other for the younger ones. Concrete skatepark with one quarter and various boxes, ledges and rails.
This park is a highly expansive one that has lush stretches of grass and trees, which are lovely to go around in the summer! There's also an aesthetically pleasing monument in the centre, surrounded by comfortable benches for many people throughout the park.
Gorgeous park, thanks to the group who care for it. Bit of an issue with the bins, so maybes be prepared to take your rubbish home with you.

I really love the park its self but we didn't know where we where and ended up here loved the walk just wish they had more maps around the park.
