My 90 year old father went to his appointment. He has dementia so my Mum dropped him off. The receptionist would not let him see the dentist without paying although he is registered as not having to pay and they had previously taken the relevant form to verify this at the last appointment. My Father left confused and. Try upset. Well done My Dentist in your treatment of a vulnerable person.

Shoddy, rushed service and poor attention to detail. I had replacement veneers fitted here last year on the NHS and they were awful, one of them fell of after less than a year as it was not fitted properly. Took my 2-year-old daughter here for her first dentist appointment and they couldn't have cared less, they didn't even look at her teeth properly. Really disappointed with the service here, it is rubbish and expensive. I would rather go private.

I was a tad concerned when the service I'd used regularly for over 20 yrs moved but my worries were groundless. The new surgery is professional and well run, with terrific facilities and friendly faces. It may bigger, busier and less personal in some ways but the purpose is fulfilled and Mr Bak and his receptionist are still just as kind, considerate and helpful as ever they were before they moved. I'm not a huge fan of dentists in general but these guys make the experience quite bearable!
