Rubbish, won’t be returning. I’m very disappointed after being recommended here. NHS SERVICE, PRIVATE PRICES  I had an emergency wisdom tooth removal £340 let’s just start there. The procedure was not pain free. He put a massive needle in the roof of my mouth, didn’t warn me or put numbing gel on first. I sat up in shock started crying from the pain, And that was just the aesthetic. Extraction was fairly normal, no pain. After the aesthetic warn off about 2 hours after I was experiencing extreme pain and still bleeding 4 hours after I tried to call the practice at 19:30 I waited in a que of 1 for 25 minutes before I gave up trying to contact them. Trying to manage my pain at home with painkillers and such. 10 days have passed and I'm still in a lot of pain. I try to call the practice to get an appointment. They only had one available with the dentist I had seen I explained I cannot do that time slot unfortunately and as much as I’d love to take it I cannot. I asked if another dentist would see me but I was told I’d be charged. I asked if perhaps any shuffling could be done and no. Next appointment isn’t for another 3 days because of the weekend but I also couldn’t do them appointments because of other health appointments and work! I just got told im sorry. So they are just leaving me in pain. They don’t really care about patients care they don’t try and help just say im sorry. So now what im just left in pain and hope it’s not infected. Thanks My Dentist

I was petrified to visit the dentist until I found Andrei Petrescu @ My Dentist but after my new veneers we're finished after 4 long painful hours I found so many faults and flaws I keep having to return. They are sub standard and I can't floss because the teeth are fused together causing gum disease! Appointments have been cancelled,  new appointments for a second opinion were arranged but on my visit for this was arranged by the practice manager who didn't inform the private dentist any information. He wouldn't do it without charging! Shoddy malpractice! However the reception staff are  % absolutely fantastic, friendly and go above and beyond

I couldn't recommend Dr Francisco Javier Castillo Lopez and dental nurse Laura enough. They were both so professional , experienced and kind. Thank you both so much.

I brought my two year old in for a check up, everyone we saw was really lovely, the dentist and nurse were excellent with the little one, the reception team had lots to juggle with calls and people walking in but everyone was really professional and we felt really welcome, looking forward to the next visit!

Arrived early as traffic not as bad as it could have been. I was in and out after a kind and thorough examination by Mr Lopez cannot recommend him highly enough, he's brilliant if you're nervous. I was out before my appt time was even due to begin! Fab service.

I have attended this dentist for a few years now but my dentist left and I was given a new dentist called Miss Rance Amin .I am a bit nervous at attending as I have Copd and have trouble breathing . I explained this to Miss Amin and she  was so understanding and patient  with me. She was lovely. I can honestly say I will not be nervous off seeing her againand she has put my mind at rest about dentist .Thank you Rance x

I don't normally write any review because " I can't be bothered", but after my dental appointment last week I have to leave a comment about it. I went to my appointment with Dr M.Capel Delgado     a bit nervous as I knew I needed some dental treatment. I can not be any more satisfied and amazed about the whole experience. She was absolutely empathetic with me and treated me with such a lovely manners and kindness that after few minutes all my nerves went away and I felt so relax in that chair. I highly recommend to go to that practice and if you could, ask to be seen by her. I am NHS patient, but I would pay millions  privately, only to be seen by her. Without a doubt, Dr Maria is the best dentist I ever had! Thank you!

The options were explained clearly.   I am not a patient yet, but I was impressed with the cleanliness of the premises and the kindness and efficiency of the staff.

highly recommend! after my previous dentist was reluctant to see my 9yr old without me paying the premium plan, we headed to Mydentist. best move we did! the dentist my son saw was Vadym who was incredible with helping my son through his first extraction. Vadym and his team made us both feel very welcome and at ease, talked us through all steps of treatments and worked in a very timely professional manner throughout. cannot recommend enough! He did such an amazing job that I left my current dentist to be seen from now on at Mydentist. Thank you again.
