Despite the long wait for an appointment post Covid back log no doubt I was very pleased by the efficient treatment received, and the gentle way it was implemented.
Needed a repair to my front tooth. It was done with care and sympathy with my fear of dentists. Every move was explained in advance so no surprises.
Got a infection over Christmas, phoned first day I could, got me in straight away, given antibiotics, had to go back the next day as my face got all swollen, fitted me in again, dentist sorted my infection by draining the tooth, couldn’t ask for better service, and it didn’t hurt, well done to all concerned at milford haven practice
I was taken on Time for my appointment to have two broken teeth refilled and repaired. I was treated with courtesy from entering the surgery and throughout my treatment. Staff were efficient and polite towards me and also with one another. All Covid regulations were adhered to and the surgery is spotlessly clean. Thank you all.
3 Months back and for with Julian and his team - 5 star service. Julian especially, very thorough & knowledgeable in his work and also creates a calm environment. Would recommend and no qualms about going back again in the future.
Lovely warm welcome from all the staff. The extra safety measures the practice have put in place for Covid-19 made me feel safe and totally at ease. I have been a patient at this practice for nearly 40 years and would highly recommend them.
No one likes the dentist,but this one I have been going for years so has my two children.verry friendly and gets the job done. highly recommend
When you enter the reception area, you get a warm welcome from the receptionist. The staff are friendly and professional with a clear emphasis on caring. I have been a patient of Mr Ian Jones for about 45 years, which speaks for itself. Very professional and caring. I highly recommend this surgery.
needed a large molar removed. the service provided from making an appointment to having the treatment was excellent. The treatment was absolutely painless and I felt very comfortable during the whole procedure. would definitely highly recommend.
The service my mother received was appalling, the first time they forgot to put the suction pipe in her mouth so she felt like she was drowning and then, after having a bridge fitted and paying over £200 when she had problems with it she was told by a rude receptionist that she’d have to wait 2 months for an appointment ,!!! In the meantime she suffers daily
