Just had my root canal done by Dr Narula and I must say- excellent work and very professional throughout. From the start of diagnosis, Dr Narula explained the reasons I had the symptoms I was having and offered me options available so that I can make informed decisions. Because of my infected tooth, I had to go for regular wash out every other week. Most of them requires local anesthetic. To my surprise, these injections were done so skillfully that I barely felt a thing. Dr Narula and his team has been very professional throughout. I’m very grateful for his help in saving my teeth! Very lucky to have such a great neighborhood dentist ! :
I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the treatment I have received from Vikram and his team. Firstly, the reception staff at Birtley are incredibly approachable and welcoming, the kindest I have met. I arrived as Vikram’s NHS patient traumatised by a very poor failed crown, paid for privately. The tooth has been over shaved and was incredibly sensitive. I feared I would lose it. The previous private dentist had informed me I needed a root canal and I waited 2 months for a private consultation, during which time the tooth recovered. Vikram has successfully fitted a beautiful crown, you can’t tell which is the fake tooth at all. The digital fitting process was very accurate and the crown required no adjustments whatsoever when it arrived. I am so thankful to Vikram and his team, I was petrified after the failed attempt and the results have been superb. I can’t thank you enough.
First visit to this practice and Ikram was lovely. Theresa the receptionist was really pleasant and very polite. Dental nurse apologised for wait due to computer problems and was very friendly. Good experience
Brilliant dentist and staff. My two young children age 3 & 5 who were once scared of the dentist now love to come. Friendly environment. From the moment you walk through the door to the moment you leave you are put at ease. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I've been using this particular practice for years and Mr Narula had looked after me for a very long time. I would highly recommend this practice, both for professionalism and friendliness. From Mr Narula who is a brilliant dentist to all the nurses and reception staff, all are great. Thanks to all at the practice.
Very nice dental clinic, based in Birtley so it's quite convenient for me. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful and the dentists are all very nice and discussed the state of my teeth thoroughly with me. My only complaint is that I went in for a small filling and the dentist was insistent on not giving anaesthetic despite the size or lack thereof, it was a fairly painful process as a result and I feel administering some would have helped but it was over so quickly that it wasn't a huge deal. All in all I'd recommend visiting this clinic if you live nearby.
Highly not recommended... On website u can read they are doing root canal treatment on NHS, but all they do is extraction and filling lasting 6 months no emergency appointments, so if you in pain they will make you wait 5 weeks.
First time I have used their service. Valkrim the Dentist was highly professional and very knowledgable. kept me at ease as he explained the procedures available. Covid 19 processes were applied to the letter so felt very safe during my visit. I will be more than happy to continue to use the practise.
First time at My dentist. From the receptionist to the dentist I was looked after very well. Had cray and even showed me which has never happened before. They put you at ease and make you comfortable. A good experience and I will be using these from now on. Highly recommend them.
Absolutely amazing! I had a really bad anxiety when it comes to visiting a dentist! Arezoo Faroughi and her assistant was absolutely amazing! They were extremely kind, understanding and helpful during my 2 visits at this practice. She did a throughout check, and done all treatments were necessary! She completely changed the way I look at dentists! Thank you!
