I have been very lucky to find Alpha Dental and cannot rate these guys enough! From first contact with their excellent practice manager Beth an appointment was scheduled to be seen by Tim the dentist.nUpon arrival even the reception staff were so welcoming and friendly!nI've seen a few dentists over the years and this guy is certainly one of the very best I have come across.nTim took the time to discuss my concerns after extremely poor treatment at Framwellgate Dental Practice with their close minded view on amalgams and the dangers they pose.nHe made me feel at ease with his professional, honest approach.nDuring the procedure he kept me up to date with what he was doing and why which Ive never had a dentist do in the past.nThe treatment I received at Alpha Dental was absolutely superb and cannot rate them highly enough.nAnyone unsure about which dentists to use, look no further! Absolute superstars!
I literally can not rate this practice enough! I wish I could remember the names of the dentist and his amazing nurse. I visited Saturday 28/5/23 for an extraction and genuinely didn’t feel a thing at all. Dentist was fabulous and so understanding and the nurse was an absolute darling who held my hand and talked me through everything along with the dentist. I have no fear over my future treatment there. Thank you both of you for looking after me so well.
Am a very nervous patient who is petrified of dentists after very bad experiences in childhood. After having toothache for over a month I managed to get an emergency appointment here. The staff were fabulous, Jenny the dental nurse and Tim Swales the Dentist were caring and showed so much compassion and comfort and were quick to ease my nerves.Lisa on reception rang before my appointment to check I was ok and reassure me.Highly recommended. Brilliant service, very friendly staff. Great practice. Thank you all x
Fabulous dentist Swati Anandndental nurses and reception staff. What more could i say. So professional, considerate and provide valauable advice. Best of all its, 1 minute walk from where i live. Signed up to a dental plan now due to the professionalism. I would totally recommend this dental practice to all. Not affraid anymore
I have been visiting dentists for many years, and I don’t usually leave reviews, but feel I must recommend Tim and his lovely nurse Jenny. Tim is calm, patient and put me at ease. I look forward to my next visit!
