The receptionist was rude and very impatient I called up for an appointment and she was dismissive and unhelpful when she suggested another number for me to call I said to her I was going to get a pen while still on the line she said something rude and just hung up on me very poor service never again 😡🤬

Terrible dentist and very unprofessional.Had to miss 2 appointments due to health and gave plenty of notice and now refuse to treat me usless it an emergency.

Since this practice has been sold it has simply deteriorated. Mr Gordon is a tremendous dentist, the new owners are simply unprofessional. Think twice about this surgery, whether you are a private patient, or nhs. It makes no difference, money should not talk, I am a private patient who is leaving the ship. I have been a patient of Mr G's for 25 years!!
