Arrived at 1:30 for a 1:45. They close daily until 1:45. Maybe add that to the 3 phone calls and 3 texts you sent. I then walk up at 1:44… 60 seconds prior to my appt and a lady with a bannana says she is on lunch. Errrrnsure but I’ve paying £350 and it’s 1 min before my appt - wait outside. Etrrr no way. Cancel my appt and enjoy your bannana. All it needed was sorry sir we’re on lunch please come in and take a seat.
Absolutely fantastic dental practice. The reception staff are very welcoming and well organised. As someone who suffers with moderate anxiety with dental work I was made to feel very much at ease. My dentist and dental nurse were really understanding of this and had plenty of patience for me. I would highly recommend!
Rang to rearrange another hygiene appointment as I have flu like symptoms?. It would go down as a late/ missed appointment therefore I would lose my NHS place. So?, going into Dental Practice with flu like symptoms as I cannot afford private treatment. Good move Broadpool Dental Practice
Visited on Friday for a filling and polish and scale, from when I worked in the reception team were friendly. Donata dentist and Lucy dental nurse really put me at ease as been sometime since been, so was nervous. I was actually really relaxed and they were so lovely.
We started going to see Lucy a few years back after my son developed a fear of the dentist as a result of poor communication and interaction from a different practice. The entire team put him at his ease and following regular appointments with Lucy he is now free of his fear. We saw a different practitioner today for fillings for both children. Again, the communication skills with the children was fantastic. No worry, no stress, no fear. I can't recommend this practice enough
I switched dentist from Hardhorn dental clinic to my dentist in Hambleton. Can I say that they are brilliant and my new dentist Lucy is a credit to her profession. Lucy is so nice and caring,explains everything ,so you understand everything that is going on . I used to have a phobia about dentists until I went to the Hambleton clinic. I can not recommend then highly enough . Wish I made that switch years ago.
Fantastic dentist and appointments are usually punctual so very little waiting time. Having been afraid of dentists for most of my life I have to say this is the best dentists I have been to. I am always put at ease which is very important to me. Thoroughly recommend them as a really good dental practice.
I transferred to this clinic because of its excellent reputation, despite it being some distance from my home and I think it was a great decision, my dentist is the most humble knowledgeable and friendly I have ever had the pleasure of being served by and they offer top end hygienist treatments like the airflow. It can be pretty busy and the front desk is tiny but the waiting area is comfortable and spacious.
I attended the hygienist Khalid and assistant, Jacqueline twice. The first time Khalid gave me a thorough examination of all my gums and teeth, explained how bad my gums had receded and what could be done to save them from getting any worse and from losing my teeth. He then said if I had one hour appointment with several injections he could stop further problems with my gums. The whole appointment was administered in an exceptional manner, specialist face masks, cleanliness etc. Khalid then explained what I then had to do from then on. No hygienist has ever looked after me like this before. Thank you so much. See you in 4 months. Marilyn
Friendly dentist surgery in the local village. Parking is available but it is shared with a couple of other shops, so not many spaces and can be a bit hit & miss on whether you can park. The surgery itself has a very small entrance foyer where the reception desk is, so no privacy & more than 2 people & you are struggling for space. Once booked in the waiting room is larger but only slightly. There is a dentist on the ground floor plus rooms upstairs. The stairs are quite steep. All the staff are very friendly and professional.
