Absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received, very unprofessional and the dentist I seen probably has trouble filling his belly nevermind a tooth , totally false advice work was substandard they are only after your money 1st appointment they put a temporary filling in which lasted about 1 hour 2nd appointment I was told I needed antibiotic and root canal treatment but they couldn't do it as I was NHS and they only want paying customers, they gave me a antibiotic which didn't agree with me and told me to go A&E rather than swap it for an alternative I was then told not to go to A&E but to put up with the side effects because they were normal . Anyway enough said definitely wouldn't use this practice there's a lot better out there with better dental surgeons than the imbecile who treated me.
Myself and my wife were booked in today as new patients. First impressions always count. A nice friendly helpful warm welcome greeted us. The areas were very clean, tidy, light, comfortable and spacey. We were nearly straight in for our apts on time. The dentist was very thorough, friendly and explained all the checks to us, xrays etc. The dental nurse was also very friendly and helpful. What was also nice was a reminder text and email days before. The whole experience was top class and very grateful for. What a fabulous dental practice and thoroughly recommend. Thank you

Do not accept b emergency appointment at this dental practice, could take you hours to be seen after arriving and they can't give you an exact time so you can leave and come back
I highly, highly recommend the Hardhorn practice. I had a terrible experience this morning with a Fleetwood practice and phoned Hardhorn in some distress needing a new appointment. Luckily I could be seen the same afternoon, although I remained somewhat trepid. The reception team and dentist at Hardhorn were nothing short of fantastic - friendly, kind, empathetic, professional, careful and very thorough in their work - and completely restored my faith in the dental profession. I will happily recommend this practice to anyone and will make sure that all in my line of work - which requires regular dental inspection as a condition of medical fitness - are directed here and there are a lot of us. After the morning I thought my day was ruined but I left Hardhorn feeling as though I could take on the world. Thank you to everyone at the practice :o
My son had an appointment with Holly today and I cannot praise Holly enough for her explanation to a child in regards to the importance of dental hygiene. We have been at the practice for many years and normally see Alex and Holly. Both of them are very knowledgeable, polite, professional, informative and a credit to the practice. Thank you.
Attended this dental practice today via NHS booking system. I was treated extremely well by all the staff concerned with my treatment. The overseeing dentist and his 2 colleagues explained everything I needed to know about the procedure I was going to receive. I can't thank them highly enough for the treatment I received. I'm 64 years old and have seen a few dental practices in my time, but this dental practice is by far the best I've ever visited. I recently visited for the first time after not seeing a dentist for years due to being a wimp. I was seen by Amy and I have to say she really put me at ease. She gave me great advise and reassured me the entire time. I've even booked another visit in 6 months. The receptionists we're friendly and helpful too and I received several reminders by email which is always appreciated.
