Went here today to have my wisdom tooth extracted by Alex Johnson. I've been anxious about this for weeks and hardly slept last night but had nothing to worry about in the end. Alex was so calm and explained everything to me and told me how to breathe when I got into a panic. He's been my dentist for years and I'm so relieved I have a dentist like him to put me at ease every time I go as I'll be honest, there are better things I'd rather be doing. Is it sore now? Yes of course it's tender but I felt absolutely nothing during the procedure.Thanks Alex and team

Seen by Hygienist, Jennifer Halpin. A credit to the practice, Jen is utterly professional, whilst maintaining a sympathetic and caring bedside manner. Careful, gentle treatment, much appreciated. A stark contrast to alternate hygienist treatment at this practice in the past and very much welcome.

Don't bother phoning them for anything, if you get in a queue it just boots you to the answer phone once it's your turn. Strange as when you're in there, the receptionists aren't on the phone the whole time so the queue system clearly isn't needed.nThe actual dentists etc are great, it's just an absolute nightmare trying to do anything by phone.

This relates to a particular receptionist,whose lack of any customer skills, leave alot to be desired!! Judgemental, belittling and making sure everyone in the reception area could hear her giving details that are personal to me!! I intend to take this further as I don't feel comfortable attending check ups and/or appointments anymore. I didn't want to bring myself down to her level, so i left, that day. Patients have a zero tolerance policy too!!

Absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received,  very unprofessional and the dentist I seen probably has trouble filling his belly nevermind a tooth , totally false advice work was substandard they are only after your money  1st appointment they put a temporary filling in which lasted about 1 hour 2nd appointment I was told I needed antibiotic and root canal treatment but they couldn't do it as I was NHS and they only want paying customers, they gave me a antibiotic which didn't agree with me and told me to go A&E rather than swap it for an alternative I was then told not to go to A&E but to put up with the side effects because they were normal . Anyway enough said definitely wouldn't use this practice there's a lot better out there with better dental surgeons than the imbecile who treated me.
