The place is super hot at the first room where sofa are more comfortable and there is not smell of food. It is practically impossible to enjoy the atmosphere in the side of the room because too hot. The other room where the food is allocated, the food is minimal. A pan of rice, 3 of different tomatoes sauce with beans. Crisps. No meat, no cheese selection, no fruit selection, no nuts. To drink many option. In the end very disappointed for £35. I m so glad that for me was free, I will never come back.
Modern lounge with a refreshing young vibe. Outdoor terrace was a plus. Food was more than adequate and well presented at 5am. Shame the quality of the coffee wasn’t great, it’s the same problem in most airport lounges! Blond guy at the entrance was welcoming and chatty despite the very early start.Food: 4/5
We really enjoyed this lounge used priority pass. I recommend pre booking if you're in the busy time as several people were returned away. The guy at the entry way was super kind and helpful, and the overall staff was amazing can't be said for all the lounges at Gatwick. The food and beverages is basic but perfect for us, but the sitting areas were really above average! There is an outside sitting area mainly used by smokers. Rodel who was serving, picking up plates, etc was so helpful and did an amazing job 10/10!!!
Nachos was a good choice. There's no bread. Drinks selection is good. There's basic wines, DIY spirits & mixed, coffee, soda, tea. Jacket potato. Enough personal space. Nice outside view of the airport. Much better than waiting in the common areas. Worth the £24 I paid for about 2 hours of a good start to a holiday. Jack at the entrance was very helpful and congenial.
So... this is not the best food, but there are jacket potatos, veg chilli pulled chicken, nachos and other bits. There is plenty of it and the staff were fast to restock. The drink is self service, with a good selection, nice coffee and soft drinks. The atmosphere is relaxed the staff were all really nice. This is as good as any other general access lounge I have been in. I fully recommend it!
Arrived at 1900hrs and there was very little food out, when I asked the staff if there was more coming they fobbed me off with 5 mins. 20 mins later they brought out rolls with cheese.. not exactly fine dining or canteen food. No sign of other food. If you like ignorant staff and a cheese roll this is your place.

Food was, well wasn’t there. I haven’t seen a lounge with so limited food options. Salads, jacket potato and rice with beans flavours, nachos and pancakes is all you can expect. Pancake machine is kept in the middle causing waiting in queue.Food: 1/5
Came here with priority pass. This lounge is slightly small, but has solid food options and is quiet.Food: 4/5
This lounge is on the opposite side of the terminal to the more traditional options, which might explain why it was totally empty on my arrival late Friday afternoon. However it did fill up later into the evening but you can see how busy it is before entering. The staff throughout are all friendly and helpful and it was a great space to relax before a flight. One of the unique aspects is the outdoor terrace, which although encased in a cage means it isn’t the most aesthetically pleasing, is great to be able to get some fresh air and the views are pretty good for some plane spotting. There’s also an area with football table which is a good touch. There’s a large dining area with big tables and the rest of the lounge has a number of more relaxing options, although the provision of electric sockets throughout isn’t the greatest, so if you’re looking to do some work you may struggle when busy. The food options were okay, with two choices of hot dishes and a number of snacks, with the pancake machine and warm nacho cheese sauce machine being favourites of everyone present! Drink selection is also adequate, although wine bottles weren’t kept proactively replenished and when asking for more they hadn’t been kept in a fridge. There were lots of staff present throughout my stay and the lounge was fairly relaxing still once busier, so I’d consider use again in the future.
