Great facility, well located. Despite me having to cancel my earlier appointments due to work and the weather finally got to meet Paul who was so helpful in discussing my needs and the best size storage room. Friendly, polite and professional. Can recommend.

1st class service at late notice. My Lockup at Thirsk have a modern and varied range of units available. Help and advice from a very friendly and obliging Paul was really appreciated after finding I had an urgent need for clean dry storage of upholstered furniture, mattresses and clothing. Extended convenient times of access to units that are so well thought out with plenty of trolleys etc, wide accessible goods lift within large drive up loading bays. Importantly they offer all of this supported by an excellent and easy to use security procedure.

The site manager at mylockup, Polly - is a real credit to the company. She cannot do enough for her customers and always goes that extra mile to ensure things are ran smoothly. If we have any issues she insists on staying after hours until the job is sorted - very approachable and professional and appreciated by all the surrounding businesses here!

From the start of my initial enquiry to obtaining my secure lock up the whole process was simple and straightforward, this was attributed to Polly’s management and communication skills. Polly explained all options available to which enabled me to select the storage facility that met my needs. A very pleasant experience with someone who knew their stuff. I would recommend.

I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Polly at the MyLockUp secure units at Thirsk.  Since been a customer I have been looked after and can honestly say it's a pleasure to do business with my service provider.  I would like to offer my support and thanks to Thirsk MyLockUp and to Polly and wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year in 2020.

I have had a lock up for a few months and the service has been excellent. Polly the manager has been extremely helpful and has on two occasions assisted with very short notice storage. This is a testament to her organisation and knowledge of the availability of units at her site. An excellent and friendly service and reasonable rates.

I have been renting units for the past 4 years for my business SW Design Group Ltd. The manager Polly is amazing and nothing is too trouble. The flexibility suits my business to rent more space as and when I need it. I would recommend to anyone who requires business space or personal storage.

This site is starting to flourish with the impetus and determination of the new site manager Polly. Her customer focus is absolute exemplary! from reactionary to preventative maintenance implementation, security and welfare concerns and general tenant issues! Finally this site works so much better after quite a while of waiting! Mylockup is incredibly lucky to have such a skilled, diligent and personable manager as Polly and the landlord tenant relationship is now so exemplary it should be used as the benchmark for the other sites! I have had a lock up here for a few months while moving house in Thirsk and I haven’t had any complaints with the service at all.  From start to finish I found the staff  a lady named Polly  very helpful and polite, it wasn’t just a case of selling space i didn’t need, she was helpful on all aspects of my requirements.  Access to the property was fair and convenient and when i no longer needed the space the hand over was easy.  If anyone needs space to rent in Thirsk i would recommend here.  Mark.
