Mark has provided an amazing job which was originally completed by a total cowboy. He came out as soon as we called and has fitted  radiator pipes which were left hanging by the last guy. 
I would recommend him for any job and is a genuine and honest bloke. Truly a decent person and has restored my faith in the goodness in people. Thank you so much

Hello to anyone who is considering hiring Mark to carry out any plumbing work (i can not vouch for the quality of any of Marks other skills). The picture below is what i have been left with after Mark carried out some basic plumbing alterations to the sink in my kitchen. I have now had this assessed by a qualified plumber who has stated "one of the joints was not soldered properly and not enough glue was used on the soil pipe", which is why its leaking.

What you need to consider most is that; Mark has not accepted any calls from me and will only reply in text. He has arranged with me 4 seperate dates to return and rectify his work and has not turned up to any of them. This has been going on for 5 weeks or more now.

Outside of that considering his proffessional conduct:
- did not provide a written invoice;
- received cash and did not provide a reciept;
- changed the original price he quoted half way through the job;
- refused to provide a postal address so i can write to him.

Mark worked extremely hard to transform a small difficult bathroom into a great space that far exceeded our expectations.We would thoroughly recommend the quality of Marks work. Sharon & Eddie
