Tunde and Jodie worked their magic on me today and did an absolutely amazing job. So caring and supportive of anxious patients and made my experience far less harrowing than I expected it to be. Truly fantastic job Ladies!
The dentist themselves are good, But the receptionists are absolutely awful and very rude
I have been having Invisalign with Dr Ana I am so happy with my results! Staff are also really lovely and take good care of me. Nadia especially is very attentive to me and always helps me out.
The dental surgery can not cope with the basic needs of their patients. As someone who works in the NHS I appreciate all services are still picking up the pieces associated with the pandemic. However, my daughter is still waiting for filings identified in a consult in May 21. The original treatment was set for July 2021 which we had to cancel as we had covid. When I rebooked the earliest appointment offered was end of October. This has now been cancelled 2 weeks before it was due! Next available is now December. So that will be 9 months since original consult. I asked to speak to practice manager but I'm still waiting for the call back a week later. All that confirms is the lack of care here. Such a shame because this used to be a good dentist. If I could give zero stars I could. *Update. Following conversation with practice manager, she was able to secure appointment for us. She was very apologetic and helpful. Hopefully this is a good sign..
I saw Ana and she is a wonderful dentist, super knowledgeable and gave me more options than I knew were initially available! I cannot rate this dental practice and Ana highly enough. The practice was super clean and welcoming and all staff were super friendly, polite and professional.
I can honestly say this practice is the worst I have seen in 55y of existence. Rude, unreliable, untrustworthy. I left years ago but unfortunately my wife stayed and every appointment has been cancelled by a rude Indian woman, never answered the phone, just awfully bad.
i had an appointment for 3:00pm arrived 2 minutes early and have been here for 55 odd minutes now and every 15 mins they’ve said that it will be soon. still waiting to go in to an appointment for three fillings absolutely ridiculous
I have been with my dentist in Bradley Stoke since it opened.They put me at ease I had two fillings I am very nervous I hate drills and needldes I was put at ease from the start explained what was going to happened left Happy and no pain
Was meant to have an appointment rebooked In jan , still waiting with no contact , now somewhere else thank god because staff is rude and not only do they treat there patients like rubbish they have treated staff members so bad they have had to quit due to blaming and bullying being so bad, do not recommend!!!!!! FAKE PEOPLE!!! Also if you look at the reviews the people that work there are reviewing it as customers and they are workers trying to boost the star rating , boo you xo
I had to ring as part of my tooth has fallen out. The receptionist asked some questions and then about an hour later the dentist rang. She checked some details and then advised that because there are only emergency appointments they could not see me. She advised to get an emergency temporary filling kit and use that. I bought one and it has helped. She said if it got worse to ring back. I’m ok at the moment. I thought the service was really good in the circumstances. Lovely dentist and helpful receptionist. Thank you.
