Mr Frazer did my entire house on recommendation from Carpetright. It's not a bad job, but not great either. Some of the edging is poor, as is the join between the hall carpet and the kitchen floor. Another of the rods wasn't secured properly. In a small area the hall carpet was also slightly damaged. I rang Mr Mustoe re his coming to sort these issues out and left a voicemail - he never replied.
Not too bad but can say good either. Overall experience was bit confusing. Could they make more batter and more efficient, on my opinion.
