Started the day not knowing what I was going to do. Finished the day driving home in my new car. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Duty of care taken towards me was brilliant. Shout out to Jim and Michael for looking after me. It’s going to be a happy Christmas after all. Any one who gets in this position go and see them explain your situation I have no doubt they will look after you as good as they did me.
My experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford Cheltenham was positive because they had a number of vehicles in the style I was looking for. The vehicle I purchased was in excellent condition & prepared well upon collection. The sales service was comprehensive, not pushy & clearly explained the options. I have used Bristol Street Ford Cheltenham for years and have always been very happy with the service.
I was very impressed with the service I received at Bristol Street Cheltenham very polite, not trying to push me towards anything I did not need or want, but able to advise and get cost / prices for all I did want. would recommend and will definitely make a visit in the future when I need to replace my current vehicle. not too soon I hope.
Have purchased many cars before but the service from this business was outstanding. David Stevenson and the business managers were perfect in every way. I now know my first port of call for car buying in the future. Look no where else.

If I could give 0 I would.. found a car on auto trader from this dealership a focus zetec s , it was a 2015 model so not new but was described as immaculate and to be fair the bodywork was. It was a two hour plus drive for us each way which they knew about.. but I thought being a ford main dealer I had no worries about the quality of car I would be purchasing. Turned up to view the car and was happy with the bodywork so took it for a test drive, we noticed after 10 mins temperature was up and down so pulled over and investigated to find that the water expansion tank was bubbling which if I'm not mistaken I'm no mechanicis a common problem on the 1.6 tdci engine which is a suspected head gasket/cracked block issue Which to me shows there secondhand cars are not checked properly. This car was supposedly serviced and moted which makes me even more nervous about there standard of checks. We returned the car and informed the sales person dave of the issue to which he looked shocked.. but we have since been informed from this dealership he then went and sold the car to another customer later that day!! Absolutely shocking standards from a ford dealership!
I thought the team at BSM chelt were all lovely and working hard through what must be a tough time as buying cars is not top of people's shopping list at the moment. I will be seeing them again for servicing, Mots and the odd drink with one of the male members of the team who looked after me so nicely he deserves special mention.
My experience at Bristol Street Ford Cheltenham was fantastic with exceptional service from the dealer Neil. Would highly recommend to anyone to visit the car dealership, the car was delivered on time and I am very happy with how it all went.
Dennis was a fantastic salesperson and he went and above and beyond to make the experience a smooth one for us. Top guy. Top car. Very happy. Give the lad a promotion.
