The staff are useless - one said you don’t have to book for a pedicure you just come whenever. The manager said oh we don’t do them on certain days and you should book. Seriously. II always have the same girl. They aren't English so maybe they don't know the English ways and traits. The one I see is always chatty. I think some of the comments are a little unfair plus you get what you pay for and it's always busy when I go inService:&nbsp;Eyebrow threading

I personally like the way my eyebrows are done at this place, the price is reasonable. But apart from that the staff is a bit unfriendly and    they dont really smile or chat to their customers. A few months ago, I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady was doing it in a hurry and ripping the strips off and it was as if she was wasn't very pleased and had other people to do and wanted to get rid of me! After which my skin turned red and irritable. Also, I'm not very bothered because I wouldn't talk to them anyways and I get my work done and go away.

Went in today to get my eyebrows threaded and eyelash extensions. For both treatments I spent around 5 minutes in there. Incredibly ignorant and bad customer service, the eyelashes were disgusting and the same long length from my inner corner to my outer corner of my eye, I advised the woman that it looked daft, and decided to cut the eyelashes ON MY EYE and made them extremely blunt. Very unprofessional, went back to complain as soon as I left the brow bar, and the manager and woman who did the terrible job... decided to try and blame me for it. Got them took off immediately and that process was also very careless and was getting the solution in my eyes, didn't provide me with tissues when my eyes were watering and felt as though they wanted the money and not a happy customer. The eyelash extensions were £18 and manager of the brow bar was trying to give me £8 back. Refused and got a full refund after bad mouthing the shop and customers who were in there were listening. Manager begging not to discuss this and to speak quietly. NEVER go. Absolutely shite !!

I went in for eyebrow thread and tint, I payed £13 for them to give me odd shaped horrible and dark eyebrows. I asked for a light brown to match my hair and came out with black. As I went to pay the women who work there decided to sit and laugh at me while I payed. I then had to go into Superdrug for them to sort out my eyebrows because they were odd one was larger then the other, one was darker and I had tint all over. Will not be going here again because I’m not impressed!!
