I ordered a top online and had to exchange it for a larger size. Absolutely brilliant service; great communication and the exchange by post could not have been easier. Super impressed and will definitely buy from Mush again.
Amazing shop with some serious garments. You will definitely find something that you like in this shop that fits perfect regardless of your build or height. It has all the designer names and the prices are less than your usual high street shops such as Selfridges. Got myself a dappa black JustCavalli shirt today and cant wait to wear it on the weekend? The customer service is exemplary, even if your just looking they will still treat you as a valued customer. Next time you are in Wood Green make sure you pop in even just to have a look?
Sold my employee the wrong size shoe , not what he asked for. I went back to the shop with him as his English is not good. The shopkeeper after trying to tell him that because they are Italian they are the same size as he requested, he refused to either replace the shoe with the Ines requested as he did not have them in stock of refund his money which is his statutory right. This is discraceful behaviour and reflects badly on Wood Green shopping city to allow such rogue traders to operate. They are in fact breaking the uk law as the company is obliged by law to offer a refund when an item is mis- sold.
AVOID ! I went to this shop to buy wallet as a gift. I asked for help and women, which was working there she showed for me Calvin Klein wallet. I notice that in this wallet is big hole damage which shouldn't happend in brand new item. I said to her look, it's damaged and she said " yes, I know " . She tried sell for me expensive, damaged wallet and she knew about that. Clothes at Primark last much longer than " branded" clothes in Mush. You not gonna get refund. Forget about that. Staff is rude and unhelpful. I definitely DON'T recomend Mush.
I bought a lot of clothes there and one of them was a popular brand trousers. After two times wearing them I saw a little whole what shouldn't happen in branded and expensive jeans. I came back and explained everything including that I didn't wash them so that's not my fault. Saleswoman show for me the same jeans without whole and she said that is not her fault to so she can't do anything. She didn't say sorry or something to keep the customer. Very poor quality of items and service. I'm still thinking that most of the stuff are not original. Trousers from Primark are stronger than this. Never again!
Been coming here over 20 yrs for my boys, clothes always on point. They always have good customer service and will continue shopping at Mush, till the end.
Decent shop has alot of great stone island and cp company pieces but from my personal experience online customer service dealing with refunds is a tedious process and need improvement but aside from that great shop
Well all I’m saying is the shop is empty for a reason I ask them 2 years ago about shoes why 2years later are the same shoes 200 pound more than 2 years ago ? Good luck mush. Even the shop beside them said good luck b4 I walked in
