Having just getting cut up by one of there drivers at tungston way market harborough I do not think I will ever use you and when I tried to explain that I was giving way to some one that was aproching as them having right of way I received abuse and obsanties from him I had 3 children in my vehicle and after telling him to read the highway code he desided to throw his waght around and aproch me and the 3 children in the car causing distress to them. 
If I see this happening again I will be contacting the local authorities

I'm loathed to give a star. I wasn't even a passenger. As a local riding my bike around town, the only abuse I ever had was from a Murphys driver when legally riding Farndon Rd on the road, about 2yrs ago. And then on Saturday, the worst overtake in of myself and my son on Burnmill Hill. Within 1.5ft of a 12yrs old on a bike as he did a close pass at the brow of the hill. Furious I went straight to Murphys and met the same driver who, whilst apologetic (eventually) lacked empathy or compassion. He didn't seem to realise that if you cannot see beyond a safe overtake, it's not a safe overtake. There is a reason I removed this company from preferred taxi operator for my employer several years ago, fully vindicated now. They've lost £1000s of business from us and I'm pleased given this.

Dreadful service. Repeatedly never a car availabile whether it be immiidate or next day. Was even laughed at for requesting a taxi. Where is the joke- if they don’t have enough drivers? Where’s the joke if they are purposefully repeatedly turning down business. Awful. Won’t try them again.

Awful, gave a price and then didn't stick to it, even after giving the post codes to them earlier on in the day. Awful customer service, rude and didn't admit their mistake. Wouldn't recommend
