I wouldn't even give Kwik cabs one star after letting me down and leaving me stranded at Harborough train station late last night. I had a taxi booked and confirmed (by email aswell) by Martin. Thought this would mean a taxi would actually show up for me but no. So I rang the Kwik cabs number to speak to a guy on another job apparently no clue about my booking... No taxis at the rank at the station and spent 45 mins ringing every taxi company around in desperation and finally one said they could help me. I didn't have any one that could pick me up so thanks very much for leaving me stranded hopelessly like you did last night. No apology, no reply to my email asking what on earth  happened..Absoloutly disgraceful company.
