Ordered on Friday burger was outstanding as always but received the wrong dessert, should have had 2 cookie dough s more cakes, instead when I opened the foil we had 2 red velvet cheesecakes. I have tried this on a previous order and do not like it. Upon trying to call the restaurant for over half an hour I received no answer, I tried again yesterday, still no answer. This is very poor customer service. The cheesecakes are still in my fridge and I would like them replaces or refunded!!

Great food. Friendly, cheerful service. Book first. Enjoy. Viva Mexico. Reasonably priced and delicious. I will go back.

Once again I have had a lovely time at the Munch. Always a warm welcome with wounderfull staff and amazing food. Even at times when my child has been fussy with eating, they have always found away to help and accommodate, which is always a bonus. Even at their busiest times, the food may have taken a while to get to my mouth, but I've found the best pulled pork ever. Im not a fan of a burger in general but here, they are far better than the fast food companies. I have also never been to mexico however the tostadas are very colourfull and the tortilla chips, extremely tastfull. The desersts are always a delightful. I am not a vegan but the vegan brownies are a must try. It may not look fancy but the atmosphere is always merry and bright. Simple yet always a pleasure. My family and I have made some memories here that will last and look forward to making more.

Interesting to read some of the negative reviews on here, I guess you can't please everyone. We saw this place as driving passed and thought to give it a go. Me, my friend and my 8 tear old son. The decor, theme and style of this place is something you would expect to see in a swanky part of Shoreditch. Initial service was a bit slow, but the server apologised as about 2-3 tables all wanted to pay at once! But credit for identifying and apologising. From time if order to delivery was very quick and the food tasted great. They have a very good Vegan selection which is rare but that also follows through into their milkshakes and desserts too. All three of us enjoyed our food and thought the price was reasonable too. Will return soon!

Have ordered from here tonight for 2 adults and 3 kids.. £45. Awful. Was told to come in 30 mins to collect. Drove home (5mins) and food was stone cold. Chips all clumped together. 2 chimichangas were stone cold as were 3 burritos. Food was tasteless and rice undercooked. Barely and pico or chicken or cheese just undercooked rice and beans and cream. Opened a burrito and it had literally 2 small pieces of chicken (size of 5p) and that was it. We literally binned the whole lot. Was offered to recook it but turned it down. Absolutely shocking food especially for the price as well. I would feel the same if I paid a tenner. They need to take lessons in how to cook. Awful place!
