We parked here due to close proximity to Rough Trade records which we were attending later that evening. 24 hour fees are not great, even with a hotel discount. Please note the height of this car park is quite low compared to modern cars and width of lanes are narrow also. As i found out to my detriment when i scraped my bumper on a barrier. Got a new yellow stripe on my car to remember our visit.
AVOID AVOID AVOID! We parked in this car park last weekend to go to SWX last weekend. My car got broken into and ransacked with things stolen. No CCTV and NCP staff were extremely uncooperative and disinterested. Four other cars had all their windows smashed in and they didn't care about that either. This car park should be closed.
Not very clearly sign posted. Used the NCP app, which was great. However at the barrier and the app had logged me out??? Due to a panic couldn't remember my password. Had to do a password reset
Worst carpark I've ever been to. Absolutely disgusting and expensive. Machines and barriers not working spent over 40 minutes stuck after a gig just to get out. Avoid at all costs!
Awful car park. DO NOT PARK HERE. My car got broken into, no help from assistance, essentially I just have to take the damage on the chin with no compensation or help from NCP. Awful business and car park, never using NCP again.
The early bird day rate, whilst not cheap, is better value than the Bristol City Council car parks. The car park itself is a very standard 1960s multi storey, with a typically aromatic lift. Bays are not the widest but okay. Headroom on lowest level a bit limited, and taller cars and 4x4s might hit light fittings with their aerials. UPDATE: NCP has moved the early bird latest entry time from 9:30 to 8:00. I am really annoyed about this as the time limit has been 9:30 on this and other NCPs locally for quite a few years.
Don't park here, I returned to my car the other day and this is what happened. The NCP has insufficient security cameras which don't cover any of the floors, just the exits. The parking attendant was very helpful, but security didn't notice the criminal damage caused to my vehicle. Park at your own risk as stated in their terms and conditions. No refund given for my parking fee and an expensive insurance claim!
Dirty stairs, expensive but it is in the middle of town. Convenient for hotels on town.
This place is more expensive than anywhere I've ever parked in London. Extortionate.
