We had a wonderful day at Mulberry Bank Auctions and found a few bargains,the staff are so knowledgeable,friendly,and helpful,what a great find as first time auction goers,will definitely be going to next sale,big thumbs up
Always great friendly staff and some cracking deals.
This company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. I recently spent 400 pounds on items that turned out to be counterfeit. It is evident that they are not conducting any authenticity checks. Even the Barras Market would offer more authentic items! Upon realizing the counterfeit items, I visited the store the next day to exercise my rights under the counterfeit goods act and return them. However, I was met with extremely rude staff who denied any wrongdoing on their part. I attempted to explain that selling counterfeit goods is against the law, only to be told that they are exempt from the same laws that retail shops follow and that the consumer rights act does not apply to them because the way they have worded the lots. Which is simply not true. This company is either negligently failing to authenticate their items by neglecting necessary checks or knowingly participating in fraudulent activities to deceive their customers. I cannot trust any of their appraisals, as their staff clearly lacks the ability to distinguish between genuine and fake items, even though most of the eight counterfeit items I found were easily identifiable and the others were found by simply googling the serial number. I strongly advise against trusting this company. If you have purchased anything from them, I urge you to have the authenticity of your items professionally evaluated. After speaking with four other victims of this company's awful practices, it is clear that they have been engaging in these practices for at least ten years based on their yelp reviews.
Appallingly bad packing and high shipping cost. No care given to delicate antique pens and spectacles in a jiffy bag. Answer from auction house, their £24 for inferior materials was fine and worked for them and was justified - it is NOT , actual cost to them £7.14 , and that's after the 28% commission. Will never buy from these unprofessional people ever again.
We have used Mulberry Bank Auctions for years. Sheldon and staff are very helpful. They are professional and I have found their appraisal of items realistic. There are always items that sell for less than you expected but then again there have been items that items have sold for much more than expected! All auctions are a gamble in my experience, however; having dealt with Mulberry Bank over the last 8 years I’ve been happy with most outcomes.
Thank you very much for a convincing service. As online bidder a fair, fast and individual packaging service is extremely important. That's what they are offering. Not even Covid-19 has changed it. As there are some black sheeps in the south, trying to use the situation for a customer rip off, this auction house is highly recommended. Thanks to the whole team! Regards, Brigitte
I had some old signage for sale, Kirsty and the team were great they were very nice and professional and got me the best price for the lot. I would highly recommend Mulberry Bank Auctions it was a great experience working with them.
The staff are friendly and the service excellent. They make antique auctions exciting and the varied auctions offer choice. It's a good convenient location with plenty of car parking.

Warehouse in industrial estate, basic layout with simple snack bar. Auctions dont appear as frequent as nearby more plush McTears. Hopefully buyer/seller premiums reflect this.
