Helpful staff, quick to respond to my queries via email during covid

Always a warm welcome at reception

For a first time visit the staff were very friendly and helpful. Covid restrictions are clearly marked and easy to follow. Will hopefully be back to try bidding on something

Helpful friendly staff, commission quite high though

Great place to sell  basically anything, only downside, is expensive  charges say 50 /50 ,  Great staff, and so so friendly when valuing items, honestly Shines through.

OK, but lack of inhouse postage options and exceptionally high prices through their 'suggested delivery firm' who recognize a captive audience is disappointing particularly in light of Covid.  Be warned

Fascinating place .all sorts of stuff.

Some staff with baby attitudes spoil it for the majority of lovely staff
