Ordered on 20th November, still nothing arrived. Emailed multiple times, no response. No working phone number. Have had to start a claim with my bank to get the money back. Do not buy from this site!

Disappointed to see the other reviews as I received outstanding service from FDC via eBay. I ordered the wrong size item and they were helpful with the return. My dog's harness and lead is coming up to 2 years old and while it's slightly faded, it's still as strong as the day I got it.

Absolutely appalling service provided by this company. Purchased a dog collar at the start of July and at the start of August I still havent received anything. I have emailed 3-4 times to flag this and each email has been ignored. No one answers the phone when you call them either. I've had to raise a complaint via PayPal to try obtain a refund for the collar I never received. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I'm really not impressed with this company at all. I ordered from their eBay shop. The items never arrived. Eventually got given a refund after being told yeah we'll send them, yeah they'll be back in stock soon. The order has been cancelled in eBay so I can't even leave feedback to warn others of their awful customer service incidentally when I said the items haven't arrived I get "look at our feedback, it's really good" yeah, I bet it is if you stop customers actually having the opportunity to leave you bad feedback!. Now I'm left wondering whether the items will ever arrive as it get "we'll send them when they're back in stock". Total rubbish. The products are amazing, such a good idea, but I will sure as hell be ordering from another company now. People wonder why we go for Chinese sellers, well at least their customer service is better. Dreadful experience and very disappointed.

Super flexible dog leads!! -both dog leads snapped -1 replaced with new collar and lead. After second lead snapped 16/9/2019 I asked for money back and repayment of postage!! -Still waiting. I should add  the company claim to have a 2 year guarantee-both leads were covered.

Amazing collar's had a caution to no dogs to nervous for our ex bait dog and now a nervous for one of our dogs and deaf for the other. Can't recommend enough
