The staff at Msafe were very helpful with the work they did for us. Were very helpful with the questions we had and helped us achieve what we needed in the workplace.
Avoid this company. Go elsewhere!! The company is poor at communicating and failed to address basic questions. Paul who conducted the tests couldn't spare 5 minutes to speak, which is very unprofessional. I believe this was due to my gender. Andy Keane was very unhelpful and refused to explain/address my questions about their services too. This company has shown a lack of customers service and I would be weary of how 'accurate' the tests results really are. Avoid this company.
Their contact page does not allow email. Completed the catch encryption 5 times and message comes up saying call us. That number is chargeable.
