Called this company to assist with plumbing in a kitchen sink drain after I fitted a waste disposal unit, it was quite a puzzling job due to the waste piping layout which is why I had to admit defeat and call in the professionals. Called this company on a Friday afternoon expecting to make an appointment for the following week, the two guys were actually driving home but called in and worked out a way to complete the piping, drove to a nearby shop to buy a couple of parts, then came back and finished the job 20 mins later. All in all took around an hour on a late Friday afternoon for a £80 charge (£60 call out and £20 parts). The guys did actually try to save me the call out fee by advising me which parts to go and buy myself, so added points for trying to save me money there, but when I explained the poor piping layout they came straight out. Was so impressed with their service I tipped them a tenner and will use them in the future, will also be recommending to people we know as it can be difficult to find decent tradesmen. Their work is also guaranteed for 12 months.
