Had good service until this evening. Food arrived cold and the syrup from the Pineapple fritter went everywhere inside the bag and over the food. When attempting to resolve the problem over the phone the staff responded extremely rudely. Had my call terminated four times without reasonable or due cause and was made to call back. As a disabled individual, this was difficult and made even worse when they told me to bring the food back in person, which is obviously not my responsibility. It would have been simpler to resolve my issue by re-sending hot food without syrup on it and collect the original order. It is a lawful requirement to provide paid goods and services prepared with reasonable care and skill. It is also a legal health and safety requirement that food be served above a minimum temperature. Absolutely disgusting service.
Ordered Tonight, quite pricey, chicken balls quite small, not big portions but very tasty and very hot when I got it! Recommend chicken curry and chicken chow mien, my favourites!
