Every time we order here there seems to be an issue. Yesterday we collected our food which was poorly made, literally thrown together looked like was made by a 3 year old. It was cold and yet again they forgot the sauce. Manager please do your job and manage the team, hopefully then they can get it right and you can have happy customers.
Came over and when we ordered it was quit quick. However, the bun was cold and the toppings we added on our burgers wasn’t even in the burger but around it very messy! The sides we got such as chicken nuggets, fries and chicken selects was dry with no seasonings. Lastly, our drink we ordered was a hot chocolate and it just tasted like the paper cup with no sweetness. Definitely not worth my £30 other mcdonalds are definitely better and worth it.
Ordered breakfast through uber eats as is our wedding anniversary and thought we would treat ourselves and the kids. But they missed one of the muffins. This isn't the 1st time they have missed a major part of an order and it wasn't even a big order as you can see from the receipt. I think its time to either retrain staff or employ better staff. We won't be going back there anytime soon and uber should review their service with them.

Chloe who served me at the drive thru was polite, smiling and a pleasure to give my order to. She is a credit to your company.... Lovely young lady. Food was nice and everything was there as ordered. Vegetarian options: Veggie burgers available Kid-friendliness: The kids who work there seem quite friendly. Parking: Not a great deal of parking on site but there is a supermarket right next to the restaurant with free parking as well Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get my wheel chair in and out when I dine in.
Ordered food on Uber eats 2 meals didn’t come with fries also missing the garlic cheese bites but I’m used to missing items the big issue I had was that the mcchicken sandwhich tasted of nail vanish remover and was inedible the management really need to check there staffs hygiene better or at least wear gloves like other establishments
The food was so disappointing. The muffins with the sausage and egg mcmuffins were ALL rubbery didn't look or feel toasted. The latte had a quarter of the cup missing and was cold. The bacon flatbreads were cold and also tasted rubbery. Standard of cooking/food from McDonald's has seriously gone down hill. Was so looking forward to the food as well. Will not be buying breakfast from here any time soon. Better of making your own. Sort out McDonald's.
Wasn't overly busy inside. Customer service is great. Warm atmosphere. Impeccably clean. Vegetarian options: More vegetarian and vegan options. Kid-friendliness: Colouring for the kids to do. Secure space wherever you sit for kids. High chairs available. Parking: Has it own car park with plenty of space as well as connecting car parks and street parking if required. Wheelchair accessibility: Completely wheelchair accessible. Dietary restrictions: List clearly ingredients for anyone with dietary requirements and can customise food.
Restaurant run by children, can never seem to get an order right or on time. Never order McDonald's through Uber Eats had several orders now that have been wrong/cold/stale/items missing. Drove back to complain about order and apparently nothing they can do, you have to speak with Uber direct even though it's the incompetent staffs fault. Useless
Just came in to order lunch and the staff where busy but not taking any notice of the front till area. 2 people looked over but done nothing, but one member of staff who was waiting for he's own lunch quickly used some initiative, jumped on the till and started serving and was apologising for the delay. I would like to commened Callum who done a wonderful job.
