I've used these guys a couple of times now. A lovely outside display. However i have always found the staff to not be particularly friendly. I can completely relate from having my own experience working as a florist. It can be busy and exhausting at times. Especially over the occasions. Please at least greet your customers when making a purchase. Without the attitude
I went into the shop to order some flowers and when I picked them up they were absolutely gorgeous and very reasonably priced. Would go back and recommend them.
Fantastic florist right in the centre of Chatham. Has amazing bouquets for a great price also stocks plants for the garden. Staff are always polite and attentive, flowers are in a great condition and always last for a while. Edit: This florist subsequently made my wedding flowers. They were stunning! 3 bridesmaids posy's, my bridal bouquet, 9 button holes and a MOB corsage. Flowers turned up on time and looked great and lasted well over a week after the wedding

So annoying 6pm and valentines flowers are not been delivered yet after paying £7 per delivery that's rather poor delivery time not happy!!
Beautiful flowers and lasted a long time. Very good value. Presented perfectly with colours selected carefully. Kerry was friendly polite and helpful and guided me to find the bouquet I needed. Will be returning soon
Had a bouquet delivered from this florist from my son for my birthday. Just rang to thank them and luckily spoke to Michelle who made them up.I have never seen a bouquet like it ..absolutely beautiful every flower I adore was there..I filled up when I got them..I would not hesitate using Mr Flower and recommend that you do the same you will not be disappointed .Many many thanks Michelle.

Thank you to the young lady who took our order for a spray of red carnations for our sisters funeral,! Not only were they beautiful,but true to her word, she added some white freesias to them, because we said they were her favourites.Very much appreciated by us,once again thanks and we will definitely visit you again
